ISO 27001:2013 is the globally recognized standard for Information Security Management. It provides a framework for establishing, implementing, maintaining, and continually improving an Information Security Management System (ISMS). ISO 20000-1:2018 is the international standard for IT Service Management. It specifies requirements for establishing, implementing, maintaining, and continually improving a Service Management System (SMS). Achieving this certification demonstrates A3’s dedication to providing high-quality IT services that meet international standards.
We have been appraised at Level 3 of the CMMI Institute’s Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI)® for Services. The CMMI® Level 3 appraisal rating underscores A3 Consulting’s commitment to continuous improvement and producing high-quality solutions that meet or exceed customer expectations. Achieving Level 3 maturity indicates that A3 Consulting has defined processes that are well characterized and understood and are described in standards, procedures, tools, and methods.
