Meet the A3 Leadership Team

Adeniyi is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), a Certified Scrum Master (CSM), and a Certified SAFe® 5 Practitioner (SP). He received a Bachelor Degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Maryland-College Park and has professional experience in corporate management, technology management, software development, and business development. Prior to founding A3 Consulting LLC, Adeniyi supported and managed several complex, high profile projects while working at America Online (AOL), Accenture, and Deloitte Consulting LLP.
Outside of work, Adeniyi enjoys spending time with his wife and children, watching and playing sports, and traveling.

Bismarck is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), a Certified Scrum Master (CSM), and a Certified SAFe® 5 Practitioner (SP). He received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering from Purdue University and a Master of Science Degree in Telecommunications Management from Stevens Institute of Technology. He has professional experience in corporate management, technology management, software development, and business development. Prior to joining A3 Consulting LLC, Bismarck worked at Verizon and M.C. Dean, Inc.
Bismarck and his wife enjoy cultivating the development of their nine beautiful children. As many can imagine, there is never a dull day in the Macauley household; therefore, Bismarck lives by the mantra to work hard, play hard and love hard in all aspects of life.


Aaron received a Masters in Business Administration from George Washington University and has experience developing and implementing business strategy, leading large scale technology initiatives, and driving growth. Aaron started his career focused on the application of technology to improve efficiency of service operations for a large multinational corporation. He’s excited to bring his skills, knowledge, and experience to help A3 Consulting LLC continue to grow and support its customers.
When he’s not taking his three kids to rowing, football, and soccer practice, Aaron can sometimes be seen running the trails near his home with his dog.

Before her time at the Treasury, Nicole was the Senior Procurement Executive of the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency and held executive positions with the Office of Personnel Management and the National Background Investigations Bureau. She began her federal career as a Contract Specialist at the U.S. Department of Education, where she progressed through various procurement-related roles before being appointed to the Senior Executive Service in 2017. Throughout her career, Nicole has focused on organizational development, team building, and mentoring leaders, which she considers some of the most rewarding aspects of her work.
Nicole is a member of National Security Leaders for America, the Senior Executives Association, and the Board of Advisors for the National Contract Management Association (NCMA). She holds a degree from Ithaca College and a Key Executive Graduate Certificate in Leadership from American University. She resides in Maryland, where she and her husband are focused on guiding their two daughters through the transition to college and beyond.

We regularly review our established processes and quality objectives to identify lessons learned and plan improvements in the way we work to exceed customer satisfaction. Our approach enables us to continually improve our Quality Management System and support our strategic goals.
We have been appraised at Level 3 of the CMMI Institute’s Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI)® for Services. The CMMI® Level 3 appraisal rating underscores A3 Consulting’s commitment to continuous improvement and producing high-quality solutions that meet or exceed customer expectations. Achieving Level 3 maturity indicates that A3 Consulting has defined processes that are well characterized and understood and are described in standards, procedures, tools, and methods.
