Adeniyi Adeyiga is the founder and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of A3 Consulting LLC. He has a successful operations track record and a proven ability to drive growth and maximize profitability within an organization. Adeniyi has spent the last 19 years managing and implementing enterprise technology solutions, as well as providing subject matter expertise to government and private sector clients. He is passionate about the core values of our company and utilizing them to deliver high value to our clients. Under Adeniyi’s leadership, A3 Consulting LLC has grown into a strong, viable enterprise with consistent year-over-year growth and has consistently delivered results and provided value to customers.

Adeniyi is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), a Certified Scrum Master (CSM), and a Certified SAFe® 5 Practitioner (SP). He received a Bachelor Degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Maryland-College Park and has professional experience in corporate management, technology management, software development, and business development. Prior to founding A3 Consulting LLC, Adeniyi supported and managed several complex, high profile projects while working at America Online (AOL), Accenture, and Deloitte Consulting LLP.

Outside of work, Adeniyi enjoys spending time with his wife and children, watching and playing sports, and traveling.

Bismarck Macauley Jr. is A3 Consulting LLC.’s Chief Social Impact Officer. He fulfills his passion for impacting lives through the development and operations of the organization's social impact strategy. Bismarck has successfully supported or led the implementation of A3’s corporate HUBZone initiative since his arrival in 2016. As an advocate for actionable change, Bismarck developed A3’s HUBZone Development Program (HDP). HDP is focused on the unique opportunity to combine meaningful hands-on experience for college students combined with preparation for a career after graduation. Over the years, A3’s community engagement includes feeding the homeless, supporting sock drives and supporting Down Syndrome awareness. Bismarck’s focus on A3’s community engagement is becoming a key thread within the fabric of A3’s corporate culture.

He received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering from Purdue University and a Master of Science Degree in Telecommunications Management from Stevens Institute of Technology. He has professional experience in corporate management, technology management, software development, and business development. Prior to joining A3 Consulting LLC, Bismarck worked at Verizon and M.C. Dean, Inc.

Bismarck and his wife enjoy cultivating the development of their nine beautiful children. As many can imagine, there is never a dull day in the Macauley household; therefore, Bismarck lives by the mantra to work hard, play hard and love hard in all aspects of life.

Aaron Lavigne joined A3 Consulting LLC as Chief Operating Officer in 2021. Before joining A3, Aaron was Vice President of Client Services at Sevatec (now OCTO) where he worked both in the Growth Organization and in Operations focused on the GSA COMET contract vehicle worth $70M in annual revenue. Prior to joining Sevatec, Aaron worked as Vice President for Salient CRGT (now GovCIO) leading and successfully growing a portfolio of over $50M annually. Some of the customers and programs include the USPTO SDI-NG IDIQ, OPM ITSS, DMDC, and multiple Background Investigation Case Management contracts.

Aaron received a Masters in Business Administration from George Washington University and has experience developing and implementing business strategy, leading large scale technology initiatives, and driving growth. Aaron started his career focused on the application of technology to improve efficiency of service operations for a large multinational corporation. He’s excited to bring his skills, knowledge, and experience to help A3 Consulting LLC continue to grow and support its customers.

When he’s not taking his three kids to rowing, football, and soccer practice, Aaron can sometimes be seen running the trails near his home with his dog.

Nicole Evans joined A3 Consulting LLC as Chief Strategy Officer in 2025. Before joining A3, she dedicated over 20 years to public service, most recently as the Deputy Assistant Secretary for Acquisition for the U.S. Department of the Treasury. In that role, she oversaw more than $9 billion in annual procurement spend and 700 acquisition professionals, and served as Treasury’s key spokesperson on matters involving procurement and contracting, Senior Procurement Executive, Deputy Chief Acquisition Officer, Suspension and Debarment Official, and Senior Accountable Official for Domestic Sourcing.

Before her time at the Treasury, Nicole was the Senior Procurement Executive of the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency and held executive positions with the Office of Personnel Management and the National Background Investigations Bureau. She began her federal career as a Contract Specialist at the U.S. Department of Education, where she progressed through various procurement-related roles before being appointed to the Senior Executive Service in 2017. Throughout her career, Nicole has focused on organizational development, team building, and mentoring leaders, which she considers some of the most rewarding aspects of her work.

Nicole is a member of National Security Leaders for America, the Senior Executives Association, and the Board of Advisors for the National Contract Management Association (NCMA). She holds a degree from Ithaca College and a Key Executive Graduate Certificate in Leadership from American University. She resides in Maryland, where she and her husband are focused on guiding their two daughters through the transition to college and beyond.
