A3 Consulting LLC obtained its certification to ISO 9001:2015. ISO 9001 is defined as the international standard that specifies requirements for a quality management system (QMS). Organizations use the standard to demonstrate the ability to consistently provide products and services that meet customer and regulatory requirements. No non-conformities were identified during the audit period and A3’s management system was found to be effective.
The procedure to become ISO certificated involves extensive preparation, evaluation, and the documentation of processes across all departments within the company. This certificate confirms A3’s continuous effort to improve efficiency and quality.
