Independent Verification and Validation (IV&V)

Robotic Process Automation
A3 Consulting LLC develops and maintains UiPath attended Robotic Process Automations (RPAs) and develops Intelligent Automation (IA) and RPA capabilities to reduce business backlogs and cycle time, improve timeliness and quality, automate manual processes across the Federal government, and provides integration support with evolving Artificial Intelligence (AI) and IA capabilities.
A3 supports the configuration and implementation of the cloud-based UiPath Orchestrator server to transform RPA and IA capabilities into an unattended automation framework. Efficiencies gained from BOTS managed by A3 range from 10,000 to 75,000 hours in annual labor costs allowing vital resources to be reallocated to address more valuable tasks.
