A3 Consulting LLC has officially surpassed 100 employees! We are proud to celebrate such an exciting milestone in our company’s journey. What started as a one-person operation in 2008 has evolved into a thriving, fast-scaling firm dedicated to delivering impactful solutions and producing lasting results. This achievement reflects not only our rapid growth but also the dedication, talent, and collaboration that drive our success.
From A3’s humble beginnings, with CEO Adeniyi Adeyiga as the sole proprietor, to doubling staff size in both 2022 and 2024, this growth has been anything but overnight. Since its inception, A3 has remained committed to helping our clients face their toughest challenges across that technology lifecycle in areas of IT consulting for government agencies. Reaching this benchmark reinforces A3’s ability to attract top talent, expand its impact, and deliver exceptional service to clients nationwide.

That culture has been shaped by individuals who have grown alongside the company and helped lay its foundation. “Joining A3 in 2018 was one of the best decisions of my career,” said Theresa Davis, a Senior Project Manager and mentor. “I’ve grown from managing projects to mentoring people—trusted to lead both teams and transformation. At A3, you’re not just an employee. You’re seen, supported, and set up to succeed.”
Tamika White, one of A3’s earliest team members, shared: “I joined A3 in May 2017, when our team was just 5 to 7 people. From day one, the solid and upstanding leadership of our executives has made my experience at A3 both enjoyable and enriching. Their professionalism and understanding have shaped a positive and inspiring environment. It’s been an incredible journey to transform into a thriving organization of 100 team members. I’m filled with gratitude for what we’ve achieved and excitement for the opportunities ahead.”
A3’s executive team credits this growth to shared vision, strategic planning, and a deep respect for the people behind the progress. “I joined A3 as COO in the summer of 2021, when we were just a little over 30 employees,” said Aaron Lavigne, Chief Operating Officer. “At that time, the leadership team came together to establish a 5-year strategic plan that would serve as our roadmap. Looking back, I’m proud to say we’ve made tremendous strides in executing that vision—expanding our services, maturing our internal operations, and more than tripling our team. The journey so far has been wonderful, and I can’t wait to see what we’ll accomplish next.”
Jim Thomas, Chief Financial Officer, added “As we’ve scaled, we’ve prioritized balancing a sustainable business model that prioritizes long-term growth with supporting the wellbeing and development of our team. Our 100-employee milestone reflects smart planning, but more importantly, it reflects a workplace where people are invested in and empowered.”
