With over 14 years of federal service experience in Government procurement, Todd brings a proven track record of delivering transformative growth strategies and fostering partnerships that align with mission-critical objectives. Todd most recently served as Chief Procurement Officer at the Internal Revenue Service, where he successfully led the planning, directing, coordinating, and controlling of the Procurement programs. He also has held key leadership roles at the Office of Personnel Management, where he served as the Senior Procurement Executive, and at the National Background Investigations Bureau, as Deputy Head of the Contracting Activity for Contracts and Business Solutions.
