Baltimore, MD, June 23, 2026 – A3 Consulting LLC is proud to announce that Chief Strategy Officer Nicole Evans has been appointed to the Women In Defense (WID) Advisory Board, where she will serve a two-year term helping advance the organization’s mission of empowering and developing professionals across the defense community.
As a member of the Advisory Board, Evans will help guide Women In Defense’s strategic priorities, strengthen member engagement, and support initiatives that promote leadership development, mentorship, and professional growth throughout the national security and defense workforce.

Evans joined A3 Consulting LLC as Chief Strategy Officer, bringing more than 24 years of executive leadership experience spanning defense and civilian agencies, government acquisition, strategic planning, change management, business development, and operational excellence. Throughout her distinguished federal career, she has held senior leadership positions including Deputy Assistant Secretary for Acquisition at the U.S. Department of the Treasury, Deputy Assistant Director at the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA), Head of Contracting Activity at the National Background Investigations Bureau, and Senior Procurement Executive at the Office of Personnel Management and U.S. Department of Education.
Her extensive expertise in government procurement, acquisition strategy, organizational transformation, and mission delivery continues to strengthen A3 Consulting’s ability to provide innovative, results-driven solutions to federal clients.
